LENGTHWISE AND EDGEWISE CONNECTIONS OPTIONS OF WOOD WOOL CEMENT BOARDS

Wood wool cement boards are mounted on a wooden or metal frame. To simplify installation, the products are ordered together with the connection units. They will allow you to securely attach the plates to each other.

There are three options for connection units to choose from:

·         «Quarter». At 15 mm from one of the edges of the plate, cut a depth of 5 to 50 mm, depending on the thickness of the material. This option is convenient when mounting floors and walls, allows to securely fasten wood wool cement boards among themselves.

·         A groove with a bevel. In the joint of the plate make cutting, which is put on the frame. The connection unit allows you to hide the metal profile. Used when creating partitions.

·         Edge with a bevel. This unit allows you to connect plates to each other at right angles. It is used for mounting suspended ceilings and walls siding.

It is difficult to create connection units on your own. To do this qualitatively, you will have to spend a lot of time. All sawing works on creation of connecting elements are carried out on automatic equipment with high accuracy.
