COMPARISON OF OSB AND WOOD WOOL CEMENT BOARD

OSB is resistant to moisture. It gained this advantage thanks to special impregnations and adhesives based on formaldehyde. OSB contains 6-10 mg of this substance for every 100 grams of mass, toxicity group - T3 (assigned to highly hazardous substances). Therefore, the WWCBs can be used both for internal and external thermal insulation.

There are only three components in the board: liquid glass, wood chips and cement — it is safe for humans. Toxicity group — T1 (low-hazardous substances).

OSB — flammable material: flammability group B2. Woodwool belongs to the group of non-combustible materials — B-s1, d0.

The board is difficult to set fire, but even if it happens, when burning it will emit a minimum of toxins, and the fire will destroy a maximum of 20% of the board. WEATHERIZATION BY MEANS OF WOOD WOOL CEMENT BOARDS

WWCBs are easy to process with standard tools. They are mounted on metal or timber frames with screws. Due to the non-combustibility of the board it is possible to melt roll materials using open fire.

WWCBs are used for partitions in rooms with fireplace or stove, in the construction of garden-houses, in which grill is installed.

The use of WWCBs in the construction of a country house:

· To create a dead formwork;

· For insulation of the roof — we offer special reinforced boards;

· For sound insulation and insulation of walls, floor and ceiling - the board absorbs sounds better than gypsum board and due to the porous structure well retains heat.

At the request of the customer it is possible to produce boards with connection units — edges with a bevel, grooves with with a bevel, “quarters”. Board based with white cement are painted in any colour according to RAL system.
