FIBROPLIT, LTD IS READY FOR PRODUCTION OF 106 THOUSAND CUBIC METERS OF WOOD WOOL CEMENT BOARDS ANNUALLY

Fibroplit, Ltd company has completed commissioning works. The entire production line is fully automated. The main supplier of equipment became the world leader - the company Eltomation B.V. from the Netherlands. The staff received the necessary training by European technology.

The raw material is aspen. 39.5% of cement, the rest is liquid glass. The mixture is pressed, boards are obtained, which go to daily primary exposure at a temperature of 30 degrees. On the site of disassembly of pallets there are almost ready wood wool cement panels. Then the board is sent to the drying chamber. The final stage is sanding, trimming, if necessary — painting.
